Invest in upgrading rusty bathroom fixtures!!! How can a pool close at 6 PM? Also, get your WiFi to work consistently in rooms. A tired location needs freshening up overall!!!

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better views and quieter surroundings.

The staff was friendly and accommodating during check-in.

I was appalled by the lack of maintenance in our room. The air conditioning was dysfunctional, which made our stay unbearable. We found the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and it was too embarrassing to share the space with my son. Additionally, the WiFi was nonexistent, leaving us frustrated during our stay.

The sea view from my room was amazing The clean, ample swimming pools were perfect for lounging under the sun and sipping refreshing drinks. Each meal was a delight, with flavors that celebrated the local cuisine!

Great food and a comfy room!

I had a super chill stay here. The room was spacious and cozy. The food at the bar was on point, especially the nachos! Just wish the WiFi was a bit stronger — it was kinda spotty during my stay.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! The shallow, turquoise waters at the beach were perfect for lounging and enjoying games like crab racing. We also loved the live music and traditional dancing in the evenings. The staff was very friendly, and the food options were varied and tasty.

We did face some maintenance issues, like a weak shower pressure which could use improvement for a better experience.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights. The allocated hotel room was of good size. However, the bathroom needed attention, with the shower head showing rust and unwanted substances around the metal fixtures. The food options were numerous, fresh, and varied at breakfast and dinner. The staff at the reception and restaurant were quite professional, friendly, and helpful during my meals. Unfortunately, I encountered a few maintenance issues, particularly the bathroom, which could definitely use some upgrades. Overall, it was a mixed bag with some high points but needs work in certain areas.

Absolutely loved the cleanliness. and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast spread is way better than two years ago. truly impressive. They really need to increase Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms though!
